Will I need to change my phone number?No, you don't have to change your current phone number. We offer three flexible options: Call Forwarding – Simply use your phone’s call forwarding feature to redirect calls to your dedicated number with us. Number Porting – You can transfer your existing phone number to our service. New Number – We can provide you with a new phone number to use alongside your current one. Choose the option that best suits your needs!

Will I need to install any software?Our solution is cloud-based, so you can start using it right away. If you’d like to print orders automatically as they come in, we’ll need to install a small printing agent on one of your computers. We can also integrate with your existing POS system or use our own, depending on your setup.

How do we clone our voice to replace the default Valentina voice?It’s not required to clone your voice—we offer a variety of pre-recorded personas you can choose from. However, if you'd like to use your own voice, you’ll need to record an audio file and send it to us. The minimum recording length is 2 minutes, but for higher-quality, more natural results, we recommend at least 30 minutes. For the best performance, a recording session of 2 to 3 hours is ideal.

How soon is the service available after signup?On average, you'll have access to the service within 24 hours of signing up.
